PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES 主要工作職責
1. Expect to work shift without supervision, as such the individual shall be able to perform all outside and inside activities in the plant
無需監(jiān)督情況下可值班并可完成工廠內(nèi)外的所有工作
2. Shutdown the plant and secure the plant safety and demonstrate a general understanding of plant start-up
能夠執(zhí)行停機操作并使工廠安全的運作，并對工廠的安全開機操作有個基本的了解
3. Issue Safety Work Permits, system isolations, and hot work and a full contributor in all aspects of EH&S such as safety sampling, safety suggestions, APT’s, employee involvement
簽發(fā)安全工作許可證，系統(tǒng)隔離，動火工作證以及在安全健康方面提供全面的支持比如安全取樣，安全建議，事故預(yù)防技能，員工參與等
4. Acquire a fundamental knowledge of the plant process and develop working level knowledge of all system and equipment in the facility, e.g. DCS control, advanced control, rotating equipment, loading systems, trip systems, OSC interface.
學習有關(guān)工廠工藝的基本知識以及發(fā)展整個系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備工作層面的知識，例如DCS控制系統(tǒng)，先進控制系統(tǒng)，轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備，充裝系統(tǒng)，跳閘保護系統(tǒng)，OSC操作界面等
5. Provide training to level 3 and 4 operators
給L3及L4層級的操作員提供培訓
6. At completion of this level the person should have detailed understanding of all aspects related to operating the facilities and can work independently. Also can start and stop the plant and do intermediate level troubleshooting, and can start contributing to and maintaining site management systems, e.g. MOC, BSPs, SWIMs, JSAs
完成此層級的學習后，對所有操作設(shè)施的所有方面有了詳盡的了解且能獨立工作，開停機并即時的排除故障，同時開始協(xié)助并維護工廠相關(guān)管理系統(tǒng)如MOC, BSPs, SWIMs, JSAs
7. Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipment inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently
與其它操作員及工程師密切配合進行日常工藝過程的調(diào)整，管道輸送系統(tǒng)的檢查，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制，槽車的充裝以及例行設(shè)備巡查等以確保工廠安全及有效的運行
8. Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job
記錄日常生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)及報告，執(zhí)行日常、月度的例行工作
9. Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance
協(xié)助維修工程師執(zhí)行預(yù)防性維修工作
10. Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audit and write safety reports
參加相關(guān)的安全會議及執(zhí)行例行的安全審核并填寫相應(yīng)的安全報告
11. Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, OTS, maintenance team, commercial team etc
保持與運輸部，客戶，運作部,OSC，OTS,維修，商務(wù)等部門的良好溝通及密切合作
12. Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government
學習并貫徹空氣化工產(chǎn)品公司以及當?shù)卣块T所頒布的相關(guān)程序及政策
13. Follow up AP and local government safety procedures and standards
遵守空氣化工產(chǎn)品公司以及當?shù)卣块T所頒布的安全程序及標準

QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND EXPERINCE 資歷及背景經(jīng)驗
1 Education is College or above大專或大專以上學歷
2 Good communication 良好的溝通技能
3 More than three years working experience in chemical industry三年以上化工廠工作經(jīng)驗
4 Basic English reading ability基本的英語閱讀能力
5 Familiar with DCS operation熟悉DCS操作
