· According to the production plan and the instruction of plant management, to make sure the shift operation is in line with the Company’s EHS manuals and the Plant operating procedures.
按照生產(chǎn)計劃和裝置管理層的指示，保證本運行班組在操作過程中符合公司EHS手冊、裝置操作規(guī)程的要求。
· Communicate and coordinate with the other clusters/plants during the shift duty, to meet their production requirement to Utility by a smooth and stable operation.
在正常運行輪值工作時，負責與各裝置進行生產(chǎn)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，使各系統(tǒng)正常平穩(wěn)運行，滿足各裝置生產(chǎn)對公用工程的需要。
· Lead the shift team to master the operating procedures, get familiar with the systems and equipment, drill with accident handling plans. Be able to operate the plant and make adjustment skillfully and properly copying with the accidents.
帶領本運行班組認真學習操作規(guī)程、熟悉系統(tǒng)及設備、演練各類事故預案。能熟練進行運行操作及調(diào)整，并正確進行事故處理。
· Organize the shift team to perform DCS monitoring and the routine site inspection for detecting the defects and abnormalities of equipment on time and registering the defects to the system for repairing.
組織本團隊做好設備DCS運行監(jiān)控及現(xiàn)場巡查工作，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)設備缺陷和異常情況，并填寫缺陷單
· Cooperate and communicate internally with plant, maintenance, QM, logistic dept., EHS dept., and/or other relevant external counterparts closely during shift work.
在當班過程中，與其他裝置、維修部、實驗室、物流部、EHS等部門和/或外部相關方保持密切的合作和溝通。
· Record the production data, management direction and other stat. data in terms of operation management requirement when on duty. Perform the shift hand-over properly with oral communication and important operation information in shift logbook.
當班過程中按照運行管理要求記錄生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)、管理層的指示和其他統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)。做好班組的交接班工作，除了口頭交班，而且要在值班記錄本中記錄重要運行信息。
· Strictly respect the EHS rules/regulations of Permit to Work System, risk analysis has to be conducted for the maintenance work and take effective measures for safety control.
嚴格遵守有關工作票的EHS規(guī)定，對檢修工作進行風險分析，并采取有效措施進行安全控制。
· Take the responsibility of shift supervision. Train the shift team, distribute the assignment, evaluate the performance of shift team members, and recommend to management team.
承擔管理和監(jiān)督本運行班組的所有行動和人員的責任。對下屬進行工作崗位上的培訓包括操作和安全培訓，向下屬分配任務，評估他們的業(yè)績及向管理層推薦。
