PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Monitor all the operating plants and keep them running well, if some plants trip, need quickly response and notice maintenance team and help to have all problems to be solved quickly, ensure the reliability of supply our production to customer.

監(jiān)控所有的操作設(shè)備并使其保持良好的運(yùn)行，如果一些設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障，需要快速響應(yīng)并通知維修團(tuán)隊，幫助快速解決所有問題，確保可靠的向客戶供應(yīng)我們的產(chǎn)品。

Execute leader’s direction and feedback the issues.

執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指示并反饋問題。

Responsible for plants starts/shut down, troubleshooting and so on.

負(fù)責(zé)工廠的啟廠/停廠、故障處理等工作。

Keep effective communications with logistics, customers, OSC team, maintenance team, DT team etc.

與物流、客戶、OSC團(tuán)隊、維修團(tuán)隊、儲運(yùn)團(tuán)隊等保持有效溝通。

Implement performance management.實施績效管理。 Implement new operator training and draft/update plant operating procedures.

實施新操作員培訓(xùn)，起草/更新工廠操作程序。

Be responsible for the plant equipment safety during all the process; 在工藝中對全廠設(shè)備安全負(fù)責(zé)； Control and optimize the plants; 控制和優(yōu)化工廠 Be responsible for the daily plants operation, ensure high efficiency and safety, including process control, productivity and parameter adjustment, timely notice of trailer filling, etc;負(fù)責(zé)工廠的日常運(yùn)行，確保生產(chǎn)效率和安全，包括工藝控制、生產(chǎn)效率和參數(shù)調(diào)整、拖車裝載及時通知等； Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, Maintenance team, commercial team etc ;

與物流、客戶、本地操作團(tuán)隊、維修團(tuán)隊、商務(wù)團(tuán)隊等緊密合作；

Improve English skills, be able to read, speak, hear and write;

提高英語水平，具備讀、說、聽和寫的能力；

Daily cleaning to maintain good housekeeping;日常清潔，保持良好的內(nèi)務(wù)管理；

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least full-time college degree, chemical related majors are preferred

至少大專學(xué)歷，化工相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮

To be able to be familiar with Gen gas and ASU plants, know well of the process and control.

能夠掌握現(xiàn)場制氣和空分設(shè)備工廠，熟悉工藝和控制

Good knowledge in safety; 具備良好的安全知識； Honest, hard working, willing to make efforts for self-actualization;

誠實，勤奮，愿意為自我實現(xiàn)而努力；
